Live from my stomach…
Things I’ve been eating (a lot) recently…
Some streuselkuchen (cake with a layer of fruits and some crumble on top), some pretzels (especially the ones with butter: the butter bretzel), plenty of green and white asparagus, cooked in many ways, in a soup, boiled, marinated, grilled… (as german people would say, it’s Spargelzeit, meaning it’s asparagus time :)
And last but not the least, I’ve been eating plenty of rhubarb that I cake into tarts, cakes, rhubarb curd, poached rhubarb…
